ANNOUNCEMENTS April 20,
2018The NHS is hosting a blood drive
on Wednesday, April 25. Sarah Redett and Brooke Hoffman will be around
during Enrichment and during LUNCH to sign people up to donate.
A reminder to ALL
students---during the next couple weeks of testing you will not be able to
borrow a chromebook or charger from the office.
Everyone must bring
their chromebooks to school fully charged each day!
Attention Freshmen---the flower
sale fundraiser is still going on! The
last day to take orders is Friday, April 27! Order forms may be turned in to the MS office
or Mrs. Yount.
Attention students who still need
to complete community service hours---The Peninsula Chamber of Commerce needs
help getting ready for the Marblehead Peninsula Chamber of Commerce &
Marblehead Police Reverse Raffle to be held at St. Mary’s Hall on April 28. They need volunteers on Friday, April 27 from
6-8 PM and on Saturday, April 28 from 4-10 PM.
For more information about signing up to help, stop in the HS
office! This is a very popular event for
volunteers so you will need to sign up ASAP!
After Prom will be held at Erie
Social Club this year. Tickets cost $10
and will be on sale during lunch. For
tickets or more information, talk to Paige Botson or check out the flyers
posted around the school. The last day
to purchase tickets is WEDNESDAY, APRIL 25!
The theme for After Prom is Senior Send Off! After Prom is open to all HS students. You must have a signed permission slip, along
with your ticket in order to be admitted to the After Prom. The permission slips are available from Paige
when you purchase your ticket.
Any student who would like to earn
Community Service Hours by helping out at the home track meets should sign up
with Mr. Fetzer or Ms. Gast ASAP. If you
are interested in helping in the concession stand during track meets, stop in
the HS office for signup information.
Anyone interested in a summer job
should check out the job postings in the hallway across from the HS office. There are new job posting almost daily, so
check it out ASAP.
Attention students who plan to
rent a tux or purchase a dress for Prom 2018---Ryan Gwin is a representative
for Men’s Warehouse. If you are planning
to rent a tux, talk to Ryan during lunch about receiving discounts on your
rentals. Discount coupons for David’s
Bridal are available in the HS office, too!
Attention seniors---please watch
the guidance bulletin board for scholarship opportunities!
Don’t forget, Key Club is
collecting pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House. Containers are in the HS office and Mrs.
Scott’s classroom. We are collecting pop
tabs all year!
