Sports Physicals
Free Sports Physicals will be given on Monday, June 4th at Dr. Jackson's office. Physical times are- MS Girls at 5:00, HS Girls at 5:15, MS Boys at 5:45, and HS Boys at 6:00 pm. Remember all athletes must have a completed physical form on file in the Athletic Directors office in order to begin practice. Physicals are good for one calendar year. The Physical Form may be picked up in the MS office and is also available on our website here: http://www.danburyschools.org/AthleticForms.aspx.
