💪⚓💙Little Laker Strength & Movement is Back This Summer: June 1-August 12!

Sign-Up for Little Lakers Strength & Movement!

We heard you! Last summer, we launched our Danbury Elementary Health & Wellness program with one goal in mind: creating a fun, positive space where students could grow stronger, healthier, and more confident together. This year, thanks to family input and student voting, we’re excited to officially move forward as Little Laker Strength & Movement — a name that reflects the energy, teamwork, motivation, and spirit of all our Lakers!⚓


Who's excited to jump into fun summer classes?! Hosted in the Norton Center with Coach Adams, these 60-minute classes are designed specifically for Danbury students ages 6–10 and include:

  • Obstacle courses
  • Relay races
  • Yoga
  • Team sports
  • Games and movement challenges
Students will work on:
✔ Confidence and coordination
✔ Heart health and stamina
✔ Teamwork and sportsmanship
✔ Movement skills in a fun, welcoming environment

🗓️Dates: June 1 - June 17 & June 29 - August 12, 2026
⏰Times: Mondays & Wednesdays @ 11:00am-12:00pm
📍Location: Norton Athletic Center


Please have students come dressed in gym clothes and athletic shoes, and don't forget to bring a water bottle!

REGISTRATION & WAIVER REQUIRED: Spots are limited - please register each student separately using the ParentSquare sign-up feature below. Parents, please complete and provide the required attached waiver for each child upon arrival to first fitness class.
